my brand new broadband wont reach my room

hi

i have had my broardband in it works everywhere in my house apart from my room i live in a shared property so my room is my house how can i fix this without spending more money i was guaranteed amazing speeds all over the house but that's not the case

@tom4leeds Where is you router position, central location, one end of the house, new install now at a new position?

It is at one end of the building but that’s where the open reach thing is

@tom4leeds The wireless signal only extends so far from the EE router, in a home i would say your looking at around 30' and every wall, door etc between then those cause the signal to be weaker on each so 3 walls in between router and device you can probably forget operating. You either have to centrally locate the router to a new position. The connection to your open reach thing as you put it does not help, you can take a picture and post it, will help. Your choice, but if you do not want to spend money, it gets harder.

Do you happen to know what broadband package you purchased from EE, you can see this in your account details, or you may have it in an email from EE also.
