70+ year old friend of mine went into EE Angel Islington to get a new mobile phone and was signed up to a package she really didn't understand. Went back to get a better explanation including why her landline had disappeared. Rather pushy salesman assured her that this is what she had asked for even pointed to the chair where she sat when it was agreed. She politely pointed to another chair where she had sat and said there was no way she had asked for her landline to be disconnected. Salesman then told her he could do nothing about it because it was BT who had done it. Now she is without a landline and with a new router which she has no idea how to connect and most of her friends cannot get in touch with her. Any suggestions as to what she can do to get this sorted would be much appreciated.

Hi @jules7316.
I'm sorry to hear this.
If you can call our Customer Care team they will be able to add the landline back on.
They'll also be able to check what package she is on.

i had a similar experience in an EE shop. I have not managed to get my landline back on unless I pay BT for reconnection
