unbelievable i've received the equipment but cant set it up through disability and trying to contact  EE is a secret that nobody knows so I say EE are the worst EVER

I'm still unable to speak properly which it hard to understand me on the phone. I'm not sure if I mentioned  I was disabled but I thought it was obvious because I was trying to use my phone.

my account number is GB******* I recieved a letter today because i had cancelled my direct debit because i am still unable to connect it i have never been treated so shabbily in my life maybe my disability has made me slower but everytime i have had internet it was installed for me

EE are nothing but a scam i told them a month ago i was unable to set up the box because i am disabled and live on my own but they still keep sending me bills. i dont pay for nothing

i have sent multiple messages explaining im disabled and unable to set the box up but you say you call me but you don't, its been nearly 4 months and now i receive a bill for £64 threatening me with early termination fees. if you send me a return slip the EE box is still packed ready to go it hasnt even been connected
