What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on now including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?

What does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker estimate for your phone number? Post the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your phone number. If it doesn't recognise your phone number or you don't have one, use the Address Checker.

Yes, EE are probably moving you to Full Fibre (WBC FTTP) from FTTC VDSL. It will require a new connection to your house.
Would you now post the text below that table so as to see how difficult it might be or not?

Good, you'll get your new fibre line from the nearly telephone pole (as you do now). There should be no difficulty.
Oh, I just noticed it says "ONT exists with active service". That should mean you have a full fibre box on an inside wall with active Full Fibre. But EE Fibre Plus is not Full Fibre.

EE Fibre Plus also wouldn't provide an EE Smart Hub Plus as claimed in the post, it's a Legacy EE package.

So my plan will swap automatically? its strange because ive not seen anything off them about this until this bill came through
