I ordered Broadband and was given a link for approval T&Cs.  But I cannot open the link.  Is the link valid?  Or I am scammed? Thanks.

You've truncated the link you were given in whatever msg you received. You need to look under the text indicating the link for the actual URL being sent or to copy everything up to & including the space (' ') after it. That's what the '..' at the end of the text means, that there is more of it to come.

Thanks XRaySpeX for the reply,

I deliberately truncated the link because it contains my personal data.  When I clicked the full link, it showed "access denied" as shown below.

Hi there. I've been having the same issue and can't find a direct answer anywhere. Is this legitimate? The same link also had 'Access Denied'. I asked the EE Message Us platform assistant to send via email. Still looks dodgy! Thanks in advance - any advice/guidance greatly appreciated!

There are previous threads on here, it's legitimate if you're doing an order. A way of sharing t&c's with you. OP as it state states you'd need to allow cookies for it to work

Hi - thank you! Managed to speak with EE directly. All good. Thanks for your help.
