hello 

            my broadband contract was at an end with ee it went upto £ 48.19 so i rang them and got sorted with a new cheaper contract . i have checked my bank and this month i have paid £ 48.19 and £28.99 my new price plan is that right paying for 2 in one month thanks

@bren63 As broadband is paid 1 month in advance i suspect this is what happened, but you will have to keep an eye on it to be sure, Your New renewal has started a new 24 month contract, so the billing was your 28.99, the original contract, will be closing and once they work out what that final bill is then you should have a refund due on the value of your original payment, it is to do with the cross over of both accounts for the days used on the original. You may also have been moved from a legacy EE account to the New EE system. The billing should reflect but keep an eye as you do not want double billing in case of a mistake. You can also call EE CS to check if this is the case. HTH

thank you for your help that makes sense i will keep an eye on my bank  see if i recieve a refund and make sure it only has 28.99 coming out thanks again
