Hi all, I wonder if anyone can advise on how long it takes to reconnect a landline. My mother is aged and has health needs that mean she relies on her landline as her mobile signal with EE is poor. We contacted EE on 27th May to query extortionate costs for her broadband, we just wanted to see if her pkan was right. They messed up and ended up disconnecting her as thought the account shiuld not have existed. After I raised concerns they tried to stop the disconnection. After alot of calls 2 complaints and no call backs as promised or responses we are left not knowing when her new account and order will be provided they say it could take up to 2 weeks. I cannot bekeive it takes hours for them to disconnect (all bills paid their error) but weeks to get a vulnerable person reconnected. Disguisting custoner service as well . How long has it taken others to get landline and broadband

Hi @MHW2127
Is your mother registering as a vulnerable customer:
https://ee.co.uk/help/here-for-you/account-support-vulnerable-customers
For specific account information you will need to speak to EE again. Sadly it normally is not as simple as flipping a switch which i can understand it should be.
Thanks
