Did you mean:

activate Old EE Smart HUB

TMT91
Visitor

Hello,

I recently moved to a new home and I was using SKY broadband in my old home, SKY booked my an engineer visit on the 20th of February, and I can't wait this long time.

In the new home I found an EE SMART HUB and the property owner gave me the permission to use it.

Well, Is it possible to contact EE and ask them to activate the connection without the need for new installation or Engineer visit as I already have an EE SMART HUB ?

I would be happy to give you more information that could help you to answer my question.

Thank you

Have you plugged it in & seen if the EE BB connection was still live? EE or the old owner might not have got around to deactivating it.

Otherwise EE can't just activate it for you w/out you taking out a lengthy contract. Anyway with Sky taking over the line there would already be an order in for this line which can't be closed until complete or withdrawn.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.
