Xbox high ping and bad gaming connections

Hi

wonder if anyone can help. Changed internet provider last year and have new smart hub2(I think, it’s black with green horizontal middle light ). My Xbox is wired and Nat open. But during gaming I get a lot of lag and that makes playing impossible. I checked my services and getting 60ping and 41 download speed. I’ve opened the ports and set it all up like I did with last service provider. But my connection is struggling sometimes. Even while streaming its buffers a lot.
