Hello all.
I have been moved over from bt.
I was going to upgrade my package when I noticed my address was wrong.i don't want to take out a contract with ee if they are going to supply the wrong address.
I have told them this but the main problem is.
My address doesn't come up on the auto address finder. Infact they say they can't supply to my address...even though they are. Now. As I type this.
I live in a 100 yr old house. I'm on the post code finder thing on the post office.
Any ideas ?

@StarlordA are you able to find your address in the BTW DSL checker below? This is used by all providers using Openreach lines. https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL/AddressHome
Depending on the results and the address details on your bill, you may need Customer Service to raise an ORDI to correct the details.
Alas no one on here has account access so unable to do this for you, but a call to CS should get things sorted.

I am on it and by what I see I should be able to get what I unsurprisingly get.

@StarlordA so without giving away too many personal details, where are you seeing the mismatch?
Do you also see your address on the Royal Mail post code finder? https://www.royalmail.com/find-a-postcode
