Worst internet provider

Can’t wait till my contract ends. Internet is so rubbish. Upgraded to FFTP and still lagging. The app is also rubbish. Will never use EE again

Yes the App is hit and miss can be very frustrating 

I just don’t understand why they can’t let you control parental controls and security via a browser login like most routers all other options are listed there.

In terms of lag please check your setup maybe split the bands 2.4ghz on compatible WiFi and Main WiFi 5ghz
