Worst change i now regret

I thought it was supposed to be better network.  I moved from BT to EE and the WiFi is rubbish. It drops signal. Can't get a good signal on my mobile either. Can't access my broadband account. Won't accept my details , eventhough I tried changing details. Customer service rubbish. Wish I had stayed with BT.

When reaching out to our team about these issues, how did they last leave things with you? 

Whilst things may not be resolved immediately, they should absolutely be logging a complaint for you and investigating why you may not be getting the best experience here. 

Don't forget that for both mobile and broadband we have tools available where you can check to see if there are any known issues that could be impacting your connection. 
You can find this on our online broadband checker here, and also check the mobile network status too.
