Hi there,
the day I applied for installation of my EE broadband
which was my mistake so the same day o called back and withdrew my application as they’ve also charged me for £20 as a deposit amount which was meant to be refunded anyway and now it’s been many days over I haven’t got back my deposit amount as well as I have received an email from “check your Bill on my EE”
my question is my internet is not yet installed so far which is been cancelled already and instead of getting back my £20 deposit amount why I am receiving this payment email…!

You should get your money back within 7 days.

And what should I do with the email I received earlier about check your EE bill status which is also set in my direct debit…!
I tried calling on helpline my waiting to get in contact was more than 35mins just a waste of time had to disconnect and contacted here. please update accordingly..!

It will just your initial bill incl. your deposit. Just keep an eye on your bank statement.

I cannot make call on EE’s helpline don’t know why but it’s not getting me through that’s why I am typing here.
