My wifi has not been working for 2 and a half hours now, I’ve called the number but they are closed. I have restarted my router many times and changed the wires but it still is not working. It keeps flashing yellow will go green for a minute but then back to flashing yellow. I checked if there was an issue in my area when it first went down and it said there was not. I don’t know what else to try can anyone please help.

Have you just joined EE BB or were you already with EE BB?
What does it say after you log into the router:
Obscure your names & any digits in the BB Username but post the 1st 2 parts of the (Broadband) IP address. This might tell us at which stage EE have got to.
Is this for ADSL BB or Fibre? Which router, BrightBox 1 or 2 or Smart Hub?
Does the landline phone work? Do you get a dial tone? Does it announce your correct no. when you dial 1470 17070?

I was already with EE via mobile contract and switched to the EE broadband.
I have a fibre smart meter
it will not let me access my advanced settings on my mobile data keeps saying no internet.
there is no dial tone on the phone and it will not ring out

You don't need the Net to access the router. What's mobile data got to do with it? You connect to it by WiFi or Ethernet.
