I moved over from BT to EE 6 months ago and since then haven’t had regular Wi-Fi service throughout house, have had replacement Wi-Fi extender, visit from EE engineer and numerous calls and chat sessions with EE to fix the issue but nothing has been resolved. Getting very frustrated with the service and seem to just be going around in circles, waiting for 2nd replacement Wi-Fi extender but not convinced this will resolve the problem, any advice out there??

You can make a formal complaint to EE & if you don't get satisfaction after 8 weeks or come to a deadlock you can take it to EE's ADR provider. See Complaints code of practice and here is the Complaints Form .

@Byfieldp Do you actually need the extender? Is the hub and extender to close to each other as this can effect the WiFi signal from the extender. Is the extender close to any other electrical equipment? Ie TV.

@Byfieldp What did the EE Engineer say when they had the visit to you regarding using the EE Smart Wireless extender and the connection between said and the EE Router?
