Wi-Fi bill

Hello. My second attempt to pay my Wi-Fi bill has failed to come out. I am really struggling financially and can’t pay this until Friday. But I have a small child and need my Wi-Fi. Could it be kept on till Friday please?

I would definitely recommend taking a look at the link @XRaySpeX posted. Ultimately, I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team on 150 so that they can take a look at your account and do their best to help.
