WiFi extenders are not free. EE doesn't give them away. EE sells Smart WiFi for £10 pm.

even though the WI-Fi is not working as it should ?
I pay a monthly subscription already and it does not cover some rooms - i run a business from home so i need it to work properly not just pay more money

The WiFi signal within your home is your concern, not EE's. They are providing the BB connection to it.
It's worth having a look at Powerline or HomePlug Adapters on Amazon or Argos.
