Hi @Psychopez

Welcome to the community.

I see @XRaySpeX has given you some information around the leaving fees for your previous network, and @Schockwave has explained that you need to plug your landline into your router.

If you need some help with it, I recommend speaking to our customer support team, so they can check everything from our side.

Keep us updated with how you're getting on please.

@Psychopez   Have you tried speaking with customer support?   And if you’ve moved to EE, you still pay off your old broadband provider you then forward the bill to EE who will then credit you the money to your EE account or if you ask them they will pay it back to your bank account.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@Psychopez : You need to pay your old ISP's exit fees & then claim up to £300 back from EE Switch Broadband to EE and we'll pay your leaving fee. It will be applied as a credit to your EE bill.

@Psychopez , did you ask to keep your landline? You would need to plug your phone into the router for it to work.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
