My Broadband is up for renewal on the 12th of Feb - Fibre 67 Essentials and currently I am paying £35.56 which will go up to £40.56. If I was new Customer I could get if for £24.99. So the first point is about ripping off an existing loyal Customer ( 20 years ).
I clicked the link to see what renewal options were being offered, it doesn't matter what browser I use it is broken links.
I then phone up after waiting a lengthy time I got through to see what EE could offer, after conversation the person went off to check options. After holding on for several mins the phone goes dead.
Beside feeling ripped off, the Service On-line and with Representative is just so poor.

Hi @russcwatson
Someone has to pay for new customers.
Move to a new provider, use cashback sites for added value. Seriously it is that easy these days.
Thanks

I was switched from BT to EE when I was on a new customer deal with BT about 4 months in. Over the phone they told me I needed 500 essentials at £37.99. I was unaware of the prices at the time and stupidly trusted the EE sales guy. Regret moving now and will be leaving regardless of the good broadband. Galling seeing others paying £8 per month less and getting new wifi 7 router free. I can't believe sharp practice goes on in these 'reputable' companies and I will warn others to be very careful when dealing with EE.

Hi @thoppy02
I have said before if you have devices which can access WiFi 7 then you're better off investing in your own router/access point over the carrier supplied routers. In the long term this is your best option.
This way you're not committed and can move easier without the hassle of setting up your network again.
Thanks
