BT sent me an EE router when I renewed contracts in Jan 24 - a ‘SH20a’. Now I’ve fully transferred to EE services, EE has sent me a new EE router - a ‘SH31b’ … same shape, but bigger physical dimensions. I’m presuming due to the numbering that the replacement router is a newer version, and that should send the older one back?

@Troy69 yes the ‘SH31b’ is the newer router with faster Wi-Fi speeds. Not everyone gets on with it, so do give it a try to see how you get on with it.
You can find out more about it's capabilities on this page https://ee.co.uk/broadband/wifi-controls
