Wen I joined u lot the man who joined me said hello sort my contact out wiv earth broadband so I didn't Ave to pay the early contract fee now there saying g I owe €600.09 if I knew I've have this much problems I wouldn't Ave joined now wats gonna happen I wish I never moved all I've had since I joined u is debts

@Netty1981 : EE will pay up to £300 of your Early Cancellation Fees upon sight of your previous ISP's bill showing them. You can claim this online @ Switch Broadband to EE and we'll pay your leaving fee.

@Netty1981 The earth broadband site, has good terms and conditions, and also explains the early termination and calculation of fees etc, only you will know what period that you have/had left with them so you should be able to double check what is in fact owed to them, you HAVE to pay the early termination, get final bill and submit to EE, and if they are happy it is all done correctly then and only then will they refund you up to the £300, do get on with it, and read the link provided as there is a TIME constraint also to comply with.
