VOL complaint

Hi does anyone know to check wether a complaint made and a VOL number given, can you check online anywhere see  how the complaint is proceeding along

@TJ49 More than likely best to call for that one, unless you can see anything on your MyEE ID.

Have tried that but EE are full of 🐂 so get a different answer every time. According to the online team you can check the VOL complaint online but I can’t find anywhere to look.
