Upgrading

Hi there. Having a bit of a nightmare with my upgrade, been back & forth on the phone all of last week until they had to go back & listen to a recording of a previous call I had with an EE customer service person who offered me a certain upgrade & I confirmed to switch from BT to EE for this. After hours of call time & finally getting told they can confirm that I am meant to be on a better upgrade for the same price, I have now been told to wait until one of the managers by the name of Dylan contacts me to confirm the upgrade & to confirm the credit I have been promised, but again, been left waiting with no contact from him or anyone since last week. Not sure what the best thing to do here is because I am fed up of all the calling & getting put on hold. Is there no direct email address to someone within EE so that I can send a main & not get put on hold for hours everytime I call. Thanks
