Land line fault

I’m having mega problems! I changed to EE from Sky! I was assured that it would be completely easy! Heaven help me! 16 EE operators later and I still don’t have a land line! Since  3rd Jan … what else can I do?

I presume you moved your broadband and landline to EE ?

What package have you gone for? And what did you have before - is it different?

Does your broadband work?

I assume you are now on Digital Voice, so are you plugging your phone into the router?
