Upgraded to Full Fibre 150 with Smart Hub Plus Router not all devices connected

Just recently had full fibre 159 installed in my home was hoping they would install in the same place as my last internet spot. (Downstairs in the kitchen near the front door ). No idea why.  So installed the engineer installed it on first floor in my office.  Everything runs super fine in my office but as soon as i try WiFi in the living room it's near non existent.  Managed to connect WiFi to TV and some devices dotted through the house but my other pc won't even pick up any signal. And said pc is right next to the TV.

I'm at a lost with what to do. I was hoping my upgrade would be faster and better. It's certainly not. Any suggestions?

Hi @Zinetang.

Thanks for coming here.

Please check the hub is in Full Fibre mode. There is a very useful video on our How do I switch my hub to full fibre mode? help page.

Should this still not work, I'd recommend getting in touch with our technical care team who can troubleshoot this for you.

@Katie_B : The OP has an EE SH+ not a BT SH2.

The EE SH+, like all previous EE routers from BrightBox , is auto-sensing & does not require any Full Fibre Mode.
