My account says I can upgrade BB and DV but every time I try to do it keeps saying this

@UkzVortex98 the process for upgrading those of us on legacy broadband accounts to the New EE ones is more complex than it was hoped to be. But if you give the Broadband Care Team a call they should be able to do it for you.
Always good to chat with them, not least they often have access to better deals than those shown online.

I don't want to call the upgrade team that why the website was made so I can self-serve upgrade then spending hours on the phone I am a New EE all customer and it not complex as same system as BT system with few update

Ah OK, but you already know DV is not available with the 1.6Ghz service.
