Update BT triple play to EE

Posted many times about the issues with our BB, TV, and SIMs since transfer from BT, the subject of a complaint to BT/EE CEOs.

Got a call tonight, in the middle of the meal. This is pretty much verbatim:

”Ringing about the WiFi Controls not working. Is it OK to speak?”

Me: well, we’re in the middle of the meal, but go ahead (hoping for good news)

”Great. I’ll send you a txt w a 4 digit code. Can you read it back to me?”

Me: Sure, it’s xxxx

”Great. Is it OK to call you Mike?”

Me: Yes

”Great. Well, just to let you know, we’ve no updates as yet, as the issue is still unresolved”

Me: Right

”But we’ll keep you updated whether there’s any progress or not. Is that OK?”

Me: Whatever

Red wine consumption jumps dramatically.

@Minkey1 Driving you to drink, add that on too. If only someone would step up and say what/why/ and when possibly we can get to it! But then it's held to ransom if it does not happen sliding scale!

@Minkey1 It's taking a while to get fixed, and as forum has no real knowledge of what's going on there is not much to report, so can only sympathise with the current situation that you are in.
