I can log on and view my broadband bill but if I try to view my phone bill I get the following message.
`Oops! You don't appear to be logged in. Please log-in here to access this page.
If I press `here' I get sent to a page that has no log on link.
I have tried a number of times without success.

If this is happening within the EE app, and when logging into your main online account, your mobile number may not be linked successfully.
Please make sure you have your mobile details linked to your EE ID.
If your details are already in place, but the same error is showing no matter where you log in, please speak to our team, and they can make sure your online account is set up correctly.
