I have been trying for a good few months now, but I can not link my home broadband to my account, as I need to change my broadband but can't until it's linked to account.
I keep getting an error message saying problem is on their side, but this is months now. I need to change broadband package or I might just cancel as bill is a ridiculous amount now.

@KJ37 Have you called EE to talk to them about the account linking and if they have a problem account / data wise, you will also or highly unlikely NOT be allowed to downgrade your package to lower your price!
