Forced to move from BT to EE and it's been very stressful.
This morning I try to connect my laptop wirelessly to the router but it doesn't show up in the list to connect to!
Searched online to no avail. Plugged old BT router in and all fine.
Laptop just won't connect as list not showing new EE router.
Any tips appreciated

Which router is it? Have you disabled WiFi on it?

It's an EE smarthub plus. All my other devices show the router name except my laptop. I've not turned wifi off. Laptop shows nearby routers just not my new EE one!

How old is your lappy? Does it support 5 GHz WiFi? If not, try temporarily disabling the 5 GHz band on the Advanced > Advanced WiFi page.
