Unable to access a domain over broadband

It is possible to contact a network specialist at EE or BT to help resolve a problem. I am unable to access a particular domain and its services over my broadband connection.  I am able to access the domain and its services over the EE mobile network  or if I use a VPN app over my broadband connection.  The domain and its IP address do not come up with any issues on Spamhaus.

@CCINS   you would need to phone customer support first, they do not post or respond on here.

However do you have parental control? Or have you tried a different DNS?

I’ll probably do that but the folks on the phone aren’t trained to handle issues like this and are reluctant to pass the case on to those who can help.

For me Instagram was getting blocked I removed parental control and restarted browser and all worked.

@CCINS  well if you can't share the details on here, I suspect it will be an issue with the front line folks getting then through to the tech team.
