Hi
Ive just been sent a replacement router as my old one was faulty but I can’t seem to get it to connect to the my ee app to set up the WiFi controls
Any idea how to do this as it seems it’s still connected to the old router so every time I go to the broadband section it says something went wrong.
i can’t find anywhere on the app to delete my old router

Thanks for coming to the community.
Have you tried deleting and re-installing the app, and then try setting up the app again to see if you can access the WiFi Controls?
If you still get the error message, please give us a call and the team will help you with the EE app.
