I am transferring from Bt to EE and would like to check that my bt email addresses will remain active?

Sort of! In the next 60 days after you cease BT BB you have the choice of:

 

  1. Downgrade to Webmail Only BT Basic eMail for free. You can't use any eMail clients or apps to access it.
  2. Upgrade to BT Premium eMail for £7.50 pm. Use of eMail clients or apps allowed to access it.

Hi @Benet  you may be better to ask on the BT forum.

 

I still have one from 2009 I rarely use, but many ISP's are stopping their email services, not sure what BT are doing with theirs.
