A very interesting experience today as all of my devices, Smart WIFI and Smart connect suddenly started to flash Aqua (pairing to Hub my understanding). This when on for about a hour when my EE Smart Hub Plus lost connecting and went RED and the Connect Plus device (which had been flashing Aqua) did NOT kick in!
Not very promising for a new installation of Connect Plus only set up last Sunday!, so confidence in it's promises is now ZERO!!
Rebooting my Hub seemed to resolve the problem however, once service was restored and looking at other wi-fi service available I noticed one called Timeco-xxx which had a stronger signal than my own wi-fi.,
Looking up Timeco on the Web it would appear that this was some king of internet enabled vacuum cleaner product.
How on earth can a vacuum cleaner completely disable the whole BT/EE service?
Comments gratefully appreciated as it makes me reconsider whether I was rightly or wrongly 'enticed' to migrate my 20 odd years relationship with BT to EE.
