Why am I not surprised that due to maintenance being done to the ee website that I can't unpause my bloody wifi edits.  I'll be expecting my account to be credited due to not being able to access my devices.

The joys of managing BB via an app 😞 !

@Mcclaff160821  You connect as admin via Ethernet and going to the router settings manually.  Problem solved.

@Chris_B Just incase is it a feature that they have now included with the Web Manager via FW updates, gone from EE so no direct access. Jim

Good morning @Mcclaff160821.

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community!

With your WiFi, it's possible to enable and disable this generally via your Hub's admin pages, but any device-level controls are handled via the app.

We always aim to make maintenance periods as quick as possible, and at later times, but I can appreciate your frustration if you weren't able to switch things back on during this period.

We don't have access to accounts via these forums, but if you reach out to our team, they'll be able to bring up your details and discuss your experience.

Peter

@Peter_W Think the general point on this is does the web manager allow direct control over the hub as a get out off jail situation and, not via the app and a mobile operated device.

I thought it was only in the app. I've never seen any device-level access controls or WiFi Controls in general in my online MyEE.
