Terrible service from EE switched to EE from BT

Still waiting for equipment  for broadband signed up 23rd July phoned everyday since promised calls from manager no response very rude had two appointments made with engineer to fit equipment had to tell them to not to  come as waste of there time. Can't link accounts   I am at my witts end dont know what to do.

@Markashley0 No one has access to any of your account information, so therefore no idea what or how complex your swap/install from BT - EE involves. If EE CS has accepted your change, is it possible that BT are holding it up but they should be able to supply the information that you require? What package are you going to, have you received e-mails regarding change over/activation etc...
