How do I access my bill and data usage?

It was once a customer of Orange, things seemed to be simpler then.   Our family still has three mobile phones from those days and more recently the nice gentleman at EE said we could change the BT Broadband to EE, 'We are now the same company!' Wonderful, one account, back to being simple.   Well it wasn't.   We have no fibre to the house but went digital overnight, no landline or burglar alarm until our alarm engineer came and fixed everything for a price.   BT said they were sorry to see us go when they sent their final bill.   Meanwhile EE says my bill is accessible on the App or Online. But it isn't. I am unable to access a bill day or night. The App says I should 'Try again later'.  Chatterbox, well that's as unreliable as ...... I could go on explaining what the other gentleman with the Northern Irish accent promised when I spoke to him on the telephone. He was clearly having a bad day.  Please nice gentleman/lady at EE your customer service is becoming questionable, either fix the App or tell me how to access my bill and data usage. Perhaps if I stopped the direct debit......?

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Thanks for your response but no I am unable to access my bill by any means. I did send a text to 150 'BILL' which confirmed I am up to date and paid £77!

@L2Sailing , are you able to see your bill via the website by logging in that way, rather than the app. Is this for Broadband or mobile contract, as they are two different ones and not one?

On the app, you can see, or should see mobile and broadband, switch on each individually, or go to manage at the bottom of the app and click on billing, you should then click on whichever one you want to look at. Broadband will open a new page to log in.
