I am currently with sky broadband but I have just moved over to EE, do I need to contact sky or will EE do it?

@Saz22  You don’t need to do anything, EE is taking over the line so Sky will be informed of this.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

As long as you didn't change the type of BB between non-FTTP & FTTP.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

@Saz22 You will receive an e-mail from sky saying sorry to see you go, this will let you know the process is under way, and any e-mail you get from EE about setting up your ID etc, do so as you get them. Your sky payments etc will continue depending on the switchover activation date, you will get anything back that is owed to you, access to your sky account unless you have any other products with them becomes restrictive, and watch out for your final return payment as they do it as credit to any further, so if you have nothing you will have to call them to have it returned to your bank account. Takes around 6-8 weeks in total with sky. HTH
