Have to say, coming from Virgin, that EE has been really depressing so far. First they lied about my switch on date over the phone and now I have a mini hub to tide me over and I cannot get it to switch off safe search. I called and one person said they never heard of this issue (!). A second said I could only have uncensored Internet when I am up and running (and they delayed this by ten days) but I need to sign into my admin or something daft. And then I went to an EE shop to be told they didn't know.
So basically EE is a mess and wants to treat Internet users as children.
Can anyone assist?

That's the app. I said online. OK, try it that way. You're trying to add a mobile SIM. So click on Mobile& SIMs.
From that image it doesn't look like you have BB.

OK now I'm really confused because you are right... it says I don't? But I'm getting texts and emails about having broadband? So what's going on? Is anyone from EE on this forum and can advise **bleep** is going on with this third world service?

Cuz your BB hasn't been installed yet but you've been sent the Hybrid Connect to tide you over, as you said in your OP.

THANKS. So what if anything can I do? I get this up when I try and follow your advice for online. No option to link numbers. App has no option either.
Does EE actually work or is it just run as a way to test patience?

So what's wrong with "Add another number"?
