Is it me or is it just an abysmal UX design and a buggy website?
the app seems completely useless. Whatever you click on, it takes you to a pop up website and asks to log in again. Whenever I try to go to the shop, eventually, I get error messages. I can do some things after few tries, but only as a new customer. Once it identifies me as owning an EE account, it asks me to log in and then it’s either an error message or I’m stuck in a login loop.
Even when I check if I can upgrade my broadband, it asks me to log in to see a “deal”, only to throw an error. I wanted to add Apple TV to my broadband - no luck, it asks me to “link the mobile or broadband account” for some reason. I guess, it’s the way of telling me to get SKY Stream. I don’t want to call anyone. It’s not 1980s
