Stuck in EE’s Help Loop – Can’t Get Through

Hi Ali_A

I am trying to reach someone at EE - but cannot. I have troubles with my wifi at home & have been through the process of testing etc. I finally receive a text saying I need to reply Help or call back - but none of my texts will go through. I have called the number showing but then go through a menu & again they send me a text - which I cannot REPLY  - it is extremely frustrating. The EE App stops also on the broadband section. 

It is a nightmare - I just need to speak to someone to resolve. HELP please.

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with your service, and getting through to the team to help with this. When you call us you can try selecting 2 to be connected to the team, instead of using our text service.

Users will respond on this public internet forum by posts such as this.

Putting your email address on public view is an open invitation for spammers to start contacting you - it's also not difficult to find your mobile number.

@wizadofiz Use Hi @Ali_A if you wish to attract the attention of a person, without the @ symbol about as much use as a chocolate teapot or fireguard!, and DO STOP posting personal details unless you wish all and sundry to be contacting you!

@Ali_A @Leanne_T @Christopher_G Can someone edit and remove all the personal posted info!

Use the "report post" option on the top-right drop-down. I've already done it for one post.

Edited to add that these 3 posts were originally added to someone else's post about PAYG roaming, to which Ali had responded - hence the use of the tag by a new user. I'd then moved them to a new thread in the broadband section.
