I need to be able to split my Wi-Fi bands. I have a BT router but have switched to EE. I have the attached message on my TV so need to be able to split the bands and rename them so I can connect relevant devices to the correct band.

@StaceyM86 Fairly sure that it is NOT an allowed feature with the latest BT Router's. See the BT Forum link below.

Try on the Advanced > Wireless Settings page of the router to temporarily disable the 2.4 GHz WiFi band while connecting problematic 5 GHz devices.

And if XRaySpeX idea doesn’t work, you can always buy a cheap wireless access point, (or even adapt an old hub), to act as a 2.4GHz access point and then turn off the 2.4GHz on the BT hub altogether, just leaving it to do the 5GHz.
