Smart Wifi Pro - Devices aren't connecting

Hi, 

Wondering if anybody in this community having the same issue. 

Moved from BT to EE. Got the Smart Hub Pro and 1 Smart Wifi Pro. For over a month, everything is working fine with the Smart Wifi Pro connection reaching the bottom of a long garden. One day 7 of my devices mix of 2.4GHz and 5GHz stopped connecting to the Smart Wifi Pro and are now struggling to reach the Main Hub Pro. Did power cycle and resetting for both and showing solid Aqua but the devices aren't connecting to the Smart Wifi Pro still, been sent a 2nd Wifi Pro and still the same issue. Tried disabling the 5GHz and 6GHz and turning them back on but no luck. It was all working perfectly and suddenly not connecting to it.

Is it all of your devices that are struggling to connect here, or only certain ones?

Also when resetting the Smart WiFi or trying to pair the new one, did you try a full factory reset on your Hub using the pinhole button at the back?

@foxxxx If you are relying on a smart wireless device to connect to a Pro hub over wireless and even worse outside the home way not the way to be successful at all! All you can do is move you smart wireless closer and hope to get a better signal!
