Been with EE for 18 months and in that time I have had no end of issues, I have had box replacement 3 times, new wires put in for phone lines because a contractor spliced through them and caused a short circuit, now I cant access my ee app or log in to see my bill to be able to pay it, my neurodivergent children are getting frustrated and its causing all sorts of issues.

Just to check, was it at the same time the lines were accidentally cut that you've experienced the login issue, or did this come afterwards?
Also have the lines now been repaired, and have you noticed any difference with the drop rate since?
