Hi,

I recently ordered broadband from EE, but it took almost two months for the installation to take place. During that time, they sent me a 4G WiFi hub. Now that the broadband is installed, I would like to set up a direct debit and return the WiFi hub. Can you please advise me on how to proceed? Thank you very much for your help.

regards,

@NA075 :

  1. In your MyEE for BB under MY PAYMENTS > CHANGE PAYMENT DETAILS > EDIT PAYMENT METHOD > Direct Debit > NEW DIRECT DEBIT DETAILS.
  2. Follow https://ee.co.uk/help/orders/return-and-recycle-ee-product . If you have not received a return bag you may call 0330 123 1105 for 1.
