Hi I have a smart hub plus and my security cameras have disconnected after about 5-10 minutes and won’t reconnect unless I turn the cameras off and back on, then they disconnect again been running for 6 months ok but I did have a similar problem when I first got the hub which an engineer sorted by adjusting the hub settings. Sorry I don’t know what he altered but nothing has changed since he did it and the problem has started again.
Any help would be appreciated

Try setting up Compatible WiFi on the router under Advanced > Wireless Settings & connect your device to that.
