Had an electrician in yesterday doing a few jobs and although he didn’t go near the tv or the router, we have now lost the internet connection. Can someone help us get it back please.

Is that the app you previously used to view the channels @Sailing1?

As your TV model gets older its manufacturer often ceases support for some of the on-demand apps on it & you lose use of them, often suddenly.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

I really don’t know James but I can tell you that while I was following your previous instructions, a pop-up appeared asking or advising that I upgrade to something else and I said yes.

Hi @Sailing1,

It sounds like your TV's operating system has received an update, this could explain why you're struggling to find services you have used previously.

I'd recommend contacting the manufacturer for further support and advice.

James

Yay! Clicked on home on the remote and just above he apps on display ther was a box, perhaps an app called Samsung plus. Clicked on that  and in doing so recovered all of the missing channels. Would never have done it without the help of you guys especially James who led the way., so thanks to all who contributed to the thread.
