SH31B EE Hub Non Existent Documentation

Has anyone managed to document this manual. Attempts to get one from EE has been a waste of time. The blogs are full of complaints, yet the stock answer is that Im the first to ask. EE are equally vague about wireless importance.

I looks like I would be better off using my old router which is fully documented and using a digital anlogue converter for the landline.

Anyone else with the same Customer service experience?

@johggold Then as before stay with PN and as you seem to think, nothing will change so you have zero to worry about!

Which good make (non BT or EE)  with good wireless and supporting by conversion analogue to digital landline  was mentioned?

I am pefectly capable of linking multiple routers but thats like going back to early 2000s when download speeds were very small.

No non-EE/BT router will support EE/BT digital landline.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

@johggold You seem to be somewhat confused with the posting's that you are doing.... You said that you have a perfectly capable Router off whatever kind you are using currently taking care off all your wireless wifi and giving you everything that you need on the connection, that being old copper either FTTC/ADSL in operation......

The only one that can be connected are TWO and that is all EE wise the EE Smart hub or the EE Smart Hub 6+ versions SH30A, SH31B or the older SH20A, there is also a BT Smart Hub 2 which can go on that type off line connection which is the Superior version to the PN styled one.

Since you seem to be under the impression that ALL ISP hub's in your opinion are just poor wireless wifi devices, then look to maintain your old Third Party hub connected to the new EE one via Ethernet....

The PN Guidance is just all wrong with regards DV Digital Voice, you can if PN agrees to it all, keep the Broadband connection up and running with them, move your landline and it's number to a VOIP provider and let them take care off that, they will supply you an ATA to connect the Landline Phone to and an Ethernet connection to your existing third party hub takes care off all your Landline voice....

Got kicked out by Plusnet because they dropped phones and directed me to EE.

If it turns out that EE and BT are restricting Digital Phone access to their own equipment, I think thats probably restraint of trade.
