BT AND EE WHAT A JOKE A COMMUNICATION COMPANY IT CANT COMUNICATE WITH EACH OTHER .CHARGING ME 63.00 a month for copper broadband hand home fone which I can’t use because the service is ridiculous 1-2 speed coming into the house made two appointments to come and connect full fibre and never showed up now want to make another appointment in 24 hrs to see when they can come again not a chance going to SKY they will fit it in 4 days

@02Megtait You don’t seem to be aware that Sky still use open reach to install this. Ie that’s the same company that used by BT/EE and is a subsidiary company of BT. Your current contract price was agreed too so that’s totally irrelevant. Not sure what a 1-2 speed is can not comment on that.

Join the club, I tried to switch from my FF900mb BT to EE FF1.6Gb for a speed increase as well as the slightly cheaper price, but no matter how hard I tried, BT wouldn't let me do the switch, whether it be exit fees or why do I need the increase in speed.

- Installation pending forever with no ETA in Broadband & Landline
- Request for Assistance – Internet Not Working in Broadband & Landline
- Do i need to set up the EE smart hub when old BT hub is working fine in Broadband & Landline
- Poor Ethernet Performance in Broadband & Landline
- Existing VOIP setup with new EE connection in Broadband & Landline
