Probably the worst internet ever…..

 

Not even allowed to watch  ITV X. 

wait for the have you turned the internet off/reset it etc etc.

Hi there, 

looking at the previous comments, I would recommend calling your broadband provider to do a line check and see what’s going on.

for EE, Call 0330 123 1105

for BT, Call 0800 800 150

calls may be chargeable so please check beforehand

@FRS141   ITVX  works for me.
    But what have you tried?    Your OP is asking for help and yet you’re also condescending with it and you expect people to know what you have already tried without giving any information.    No one here knows what your level of expertise is.  So switch off the router for 30+ seconds and then back on.   Also turn off the TV or are you using a streaming device ?  you’ve not said in your OP and expect someone on the internet to know about your setup.
